1 Orders & Pricing
All product prices displayed on Horizonshub Technologies Kenya are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES). While we strive for absolute pricing accuracy, orders placed with typographical pricing errors may be canceled with immediate prompt notification and full refund processing.
2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept payments via M-PESA STK Push, Cash / M-PESA on Delivery (Nairobi CBD & Environs), PesaPal credit/debit card, and direct Bank Transfer. Orders are dispatched upon payment verification.
3 KRA eTIMS Tax Compliance
As a fully registered Kenyan tech enterprise, all corporate & retail sales include official KRA eTIMS tax invoices. Customers requiring corporate VAT input tax claims must supply their KRA PIN during checkout or in quote requests.
4 Hardware Warranty Terms
Warranty applies only to computers, laptops, and desktops: 6 months for Ex-UK / refurbished units and 1 year for brand-new units. All other products — including POS, CCTV, printers, networking, accessories, and ink/toners — are sold without warranty.
5 Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any legal disputes shall be handled by courts within Nairobi Jurisdiction.
